With more than 20 years experience in a broad range of architectural practice, Chuck has a particularly strong background in technical building types for the scientific and healthcare communities as well as corporate office projects, educational and institutional facilities and master planning for each of these project types.

Acting as CEO of Barlow Eddy Jenkins, P.A., he oversees the overall business operations of the firm.

J. Scott Eddy, AIA

President

Scott specializes in Healthcare architecture and Master Planning. He has worked with medical institutions to evaluate existing facilities, to re-configure inpatient beds to maximize operational efficiencies and to create specialized inpatient centers and outpatient service which focus on major patient groups requiring unique service delivery and support.

As President of BEJ, Scott manages the overall production operations of our staff and firm

David T. Jenkins, AIA

Secretary

David graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Architecture in 1968. He has been the lead designer of the firm for over 25 years. His primary responsibilities are programming, planning, and design implementation. His experience is extensive and varied having designed numerous projects for both private and governmental sectors.


 



Brian T. Cabunac, AIA, LEED AP

Brian T. Cabunac received his Bachelor of Architecture from Mississippi State University in 1993. He joined Barlow Eddy Jenkins, P.A. shortly after graduation and has been a key player in the completion of many of the firm's major projects. Having earned the LEED AP credential, Brian continues the tradition of leadership in energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable building design for Barlow Eddy Jenkins, P.A. that has spanned more than three decades.
